1. The company holds quality summary review meetings for all employees every week to find out the root causes and the solutions, make improvement and prevention for the problems of the current week, and to communicate and train for relevant knowledge and requirements.
2. The company regularly holds joint summary meetings of business teams quarterly with its main partners, and exchange visits in turn among participants on technology, quality, production, business and procurement, to communicate on projects, quality, delivery and cooperation of the current quarter. Huade thanks and insists on inviting partners to train, learn from partners and make partners trustful and satisfied.
3. The company organizes mutual team training with partners each year on materials, processes, equipment, products, technology, quality, management and services, to exchange development ideas and technological innovation, promote mutual understanding and cooperation, work together for common creation and proceed together for common share.
4. The company cooperates with colleges and universities such as Southwest University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology and Nanjing University of Science and Technology to carry out education and training on academic upgrading, and support employees’ continuous learning and academic upgrading, provide systematic knowledge training for employees in training institutions such as Bauhinia College, Geju Business School and Sino-wisdom, provide employees systematic training on transformer and inductor design and technology in transformer association, and invite Danish and Italian partners to train engineers on design and quality control techniques, so as to comprehensively improve the professional and comprehensive abilities of employees.
5. The company regularly invites experts to train on ISO system and specific technical tools every year, such as 5S, CPK, FMEA, QFD, DOE, PPAP and APQP, sends technology and quality engineers to UL Laboratories and partners for safety training; and actively participates in training on quality and environmental protection, safety and other knowledge in the park and district. “Knowledge is the ladder of human progress”, the company continues to build up the enterprise’s overall learning and execution ability to provide services for development and progress.
